What we collect and why
- Messages sent through the contact form — your name, email address and message, so that we can reply (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests). We keep them until the matter is closed and for no longer than 12 months.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and server logs, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse (Article 6(1)(f)). We keep logs for up to 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies that the site needs to work and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
Who we share data with
Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf, only as far as is needed to run the site. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
